It’s about remembering you’re more than what you do for work—and becoming a more creative, connected, and fully alive version of yourself.
I spent years chasing success the way we’re taught: achieving, overworking, and ignoring the signs of burnout. By the time I’d earned my PhD in psych (research, non-clinical) and landed an academic role, I was completely exhausted.
The irony? I knew everything about wellbeing. But knowing didn’t make it easier to live it—because even self-care started to feel like just another thing on the to-do list.
And honestly? I didn’t want one more thing. I wanted less.
And I understand what it's like to be overwhelmed, creatively drained, and stuck in survival mode—because I've been there before!
